Vital

InI would first say hello mighty people and Jah bless you all!
Here InI will explain what is an I-tal type of diet.
I-tal as a word has has it's roots in the Latin word "vitalis" which means "of life" while "vita" means "life". Concerning food, in an I-tal diet there should be only products of the earth.
I-tal food is a pure food, it contains no meat(except fish), no salt, no drugs, no chemicals and no alcohol. Unfortunately these days it's hard to find vegetables and fruits that are not result of adding pesticides or additives. If it's possible try to avoid Babylon's chemical food. The fish that can be eaten must have scales and fins.
One argument for choosing I-tal is found in The Bible (Leviticus 11). One more is the fact that it is a healthy and filled with energy diet. The risk of dying of a heart disease or cancer greatly diminishes. In the same time you can be proud of saving the life of animals and the environment.
As Mr Early B would say "A clean heart and a clean mind is important for everyone, but a clean belly can make you live long".
